A Restored Historic Workspace, located in Balat, Istanbul, the İstanbul Tohumculuk Office is a 530-square-meter workspace housed in a restored historic building that previously served as a primary school. Completed in 2015, the project seamlessly integrates architectural preservation with modern office design, transforming the structure into a functional and contemporary workspace while maintaining its historical essence.

The design approach prioritizes spatial efficiency, natural light, and industrial aesthetics, incorporating custom furniture, exposed structural elements, and a balanced material palette. The restoration process preserved the original architectural character, blending heritage details with modern interventions to create a dynamic and inspiring professional environment.
