The Bible Society Book Store, a notable establishment on Istanbul’s İstiklal Avenue, underwent a thoughtful renovation in 2015 under the guidance of Sait Arslan Architecture. The 42 m² space was transformed to enhance its welcoming atmosphere while preserving its historical significance.
A standout feature of the redesign is the column at the shop window, artistically shaped to resemble an olive tree—a universal symbol of peace. This creative element not only draws attention but also embodies the store’s mission of promoting harmony and understanding.
