The building which was caused to be constructed by three brothers as three separate houses in 1875, was transformed into a single building structure in 1970. Restoration works commenced by Boyman Arslan Architecture in 2012 was completed in year 2014 including any interior space projects and applications thereto. In order to have access to the original texture and masonry texture on certain parts of the walls, special work was conducted for eight months. 1875 Galata Hotel Project with fifteen rooms each of different layout and decoration, reception desk, cafe section at the lower position are amongst the unique and exclusive works of the company.
