In her professional career of 14 years, she worked primarily as senior manager in the leading domestic as well as international hotel investment and management groups of the sector such as Conrad, The Marmara, Intercontinental, Astaş Holding, The Sofa Hotel, focusing on sales, marketing, front office, brand and business development in respect of both hotel and residence management as well as group headquarters management. She possesses operational and strategic know-how and experience at international standards in hotel and residence management, specialized particularly in strategic sales and marketing management, revenue management, e-commerce, brand management, organizational restructuring, product and service design, re-positioning and hotel inaugurations. She is continuing to provide her services concerning business development, design, management as well as sales and marketing under the company titled Double H Hotel & Hospitality Consultancy she established in year 2011. As a graduate of Istanbul Bilgi University, School of Business Administration, she is giving training courses in Sales and Marketing in the Hospitality and Accommodation for Entrepreneurs at USLA International Taste Academy.
