Engin Pulat was born in Istanbul in 1977, after Kabataş High School, between 1994 and 1996, he received photography and multivision training in Istanbul Audiovisual under the direction of Gültekin Çizgigen.
Until 1998, he worked as a photographer in different magazines and agencies such as Nokta, Economic Trend, Rhapsody In Blue, Go Magazine.
Pulat, who worked as a photojournalist in Milliyet, Sabah and Abiye newspapers between 1999 and 2004, continues his professional career since 2005.
Engin Pulat, who has been working in the photography team of Dijipost Photo Graphic Design agency under the management of Koray Erkaya for the last five years, continues his brand and product specific shots in architecture and product / style life branches, especially in fashion photography.
