Seda Türen was born in1982 in Istanbul. Following her training at Saint Pulchérie Secondary School and Saint Benoit Lycee, she graduated from Yeditepe University Italian Art and Design Department majoring in Interior Architecture. She either completed several space and housing projects or served as advisor. Working at Marie Claire Maison magazine as Decoration Editor, Editor In Chief and Chief Executive Editor in order, Seda Türen is at present acting as freelance space and product design, architecture, design and decoration editor and creative advisor. She worked as art director, style editor as well as prop stylist in the advertising campaigns and catalogue shootings of several companies like Digiturk, Yeni Rakı, Korkmaz, Vitra, Tekirdağ Rakı, TEB, Getir, Luna, Feast, Vodafone, Mercedes, Mudo Concept, İş Bankası, as well as many hotels.
She was awarded the top prize in the painting contest between primary schools throughout the country in general, second prize in the composition contest while in high school as well as first, second and third positions concurrent with her academic studies. For Boyman Arslan Architects, she is acting as advisor in all of the creative projects, organizing literary matters and contacts with the press.
