Teodoridis Apartment Building was built in 1923, which has high ceilings with natural light in every corner of the apartment. This apartment has three lagre bedrooms, two bathrooms, a small kitchen and a large living room with a saparate dining area.
The apartment owners has their own taste for blending historic heritage with contemporary details.
The original ceiling plasters and floor tiles are preserved, bathrooms and kitchen is renovated with new coating materials. The decoration has Bauhaus elements blended with this historic building.
At the living area we used Eames lounge chair, Arne Jacobsen egg chairs and Flos chandeliers with custom made bookcase.
At the dining area we used Le corbusier LC7 Swivel chairs with LC6 Dining Table and also a custom made display.
The master bedroom and kids bedroom furnitures are also custom made and we used again Flos brand lightings.
